Wassup fellow riders?? Names Jonathan and im a new rider two and a half months into my new found freedom. I bought my'07 vfr800 stock in march this year. I walked into the dealership with a vague idea of what kind of bike i wanted, and there she stood. You know when you walk into a bakery, look into the display case and see the last one of your favorite pastry waiting for you? Yeah, that's how it felt. I've been savoring every moment I get to spend on it learning proper braking, body positiong in corners, safety in traffic, and opening the throttle to let the symphony of cylinders and valves resonate between my ears. Had to get that out. Thnxs for listening.

Very nice 07 ya have there.
I hope they gave you the rear pegs when you bought it. I find that they come in handy from time to time.

I've seen those pipes before but I can't recall where. They look loud just based on the diameter of the exit (poop chute diameter) and their general shortness but I like the look.

Thanks for the complements. Love the good old red white and blue. I plan on buying some used rims and getting them repaired if needed, and powder coated. In my opinion, the cosmetics on these machines are sharp as is.

Welcome and "yes" the RWB looks fantastic on just about any Honda. It is the best looking VFR if you don't count the yellow Y2K. Yellow is still my color.

Welcome to The World JB! A few of us So Cal guys get together most weekends and ride the local roads. This weekend is a bust with family commitments but next weekend there might be a "high mileage" ride, waiting on the ride coordinator to get back with me. If it happens we'll post up a ride call, so be on the lookout...

    Cheers!
