Maybe the guy hasn't heard about the new mosfet R/R's and just wanted to make sure he didn't get stranded.

asking your bike to carry your kayak so you can go kayaking is like asking your wife to drive you to your girlfriends so you can have sex with her . lol It's just not right

Dude has a yoga matt on there too. Looks like he's really trying to cover all the bases to meet chicks and get laid.

I have seen a full size surf board on a KLR in Hawaii and I've seen a kayak on a sidecar mount adapted to a KLR in Colorado.

I've hauled a bike on an old Gold Wing and it isn't too bad. But that setup looks too high and too far back to be very stable. I think I'd give it a pass for any distance.

Totally edited... Photoshop for sure. Look at the proportion of the "tank bag" to the kayak and to the bike... And note how the bag doesn't have clean lines where it rests on the tank.

Not a bike rack or VFR (actually an ARRI on a VTR). This one has always boggled me. Imagine the insurance claim if the bike went down with hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of camera gear.
