I hope Lorenzo can get off a clean race sometime this season. I really want to see him and marquez do some battle...

Good race all the way around. MM is going to make it real interesting this year that's if he just doesn't runaway with all. He's fast, precise and great to watch. There was good battles through out the top ten.

Yamaha definitely didn't fare well yesterday! With Lorenzo's jump start and Rossi's tire wear, even Ducati beat them to the podium!

    Rossi's tire...

Was a great race to watch especially the battle between Dovi, Bradl and Smith and my own curiosity to see if Lorenzo was able to get past Rossi, that would have been amazing seeing as Lorenzo dropped 25 Seconds from the Pit ride through, mind I remember watching a 2 stroke Moto 2 race when Lorenzo wore his Gold Chupper Chup Helmet and went from the tail of the grid to 1st place by the race's end.

There's the thing, the racing was so dull between 1st and 2nd we didn't see much of MM or Pedrobot except of course some short but outstanding full Lean or Slow Mo footage, lets hope Lorenzo doesn't fluff up the next race.

I don't remember if it was the year before or two years ago, but I remember Dani having to do a ride through for some reason or another and ended up winning the race, of course it helped that JL crashed out but it was something to witness. Although Dani can ride, he just doesn't seem to be able to take it pass the proverbial 1 yard line for the title.

Did anyone watch the Moto 2 race? Now that was an exciting race. Moto 3 was good too.

Very cool that Schwantz got to ride the track. Funny listening to him and Scott ribbing each other. Mr Daytona is slowly getting better at commentating.

I posted in the other race thread about MM in Assen. If the kid can ride in the wet too all are in trouble.

You are probably right, he's getting a dose of humble.

Check out Jacobson, just might be the American future.
