A few of my vacuum lines are dry and cracking, I wanted to order some honda replacements but the 4 I really need are no longer available it seems. These lines all have 90 degree bends in them, what should I replace them with? Polyurethane?

I went with Silicone rubber vacuum line from Samco Sport for the throttle bodies on my '03.

I used 3mm I.D. size vacuum hose on my throttle bodies.

You could always just take a really good BM before you go oot on your viffer, you will feel infinately light and the bike will perform as good as your colon. Can't take credit for that one, when I was racing someone checked oot my fancy rear sets for my race bike and made that comment. Problem with them; as nice as they were, there would get ground down to chit in a low speed crash. So, in that respect, stock foot controls may have been better, but the trade off was limited ground clearance. So, in the end, more ground clearance won out, just have spare parts.

Vacuum hoses do not last forever, every single one on my bike needed to be replaced.

The official Honda OEM size is internal 3.5mm FYI. I think silicone is he most preferred for long term durability, just make sure its not some cheap ass chinese vinyl-like silicone, the best ones are platinum cured silicones.
