    Old, but still pretty cool.

Obviously my own advice on this subject, is steer clear of big dogs.

In my case, do a hit and run as soon as possible. Other than the occasional cat, we have seagulls and wild Barbara apes here, have you see the size of those canines?!

Deer, birds, farm cats, I still think the biggest hazard is the homo stupidous. These are generally found in a steel and plastic box doing everything but what they are supposed to be doing.
We also have farm tractors that dont know how to use a stop sign.

I was thinking big, like elephants, rhinos and hippos..;) Did that narrator say "Holy Cow?" Perfect...

Animals are animals. Cagers are generally bad enough. The other group that is a PITA are riding bicycles.

Really, that sounds a bit too unreal to me ! Any reliable witnesses ?

Regarding any squirrels in the road, apply brakes and proceed straight cuz he'll jump away in 97% of cases.

I have had both cats and squirrels make it across my lane, and half way across the other lane, only to turn around and run right back in front of me. Ya never know what some critters are gonna do. Now them Black Angus cows. They are too fuggen stupid to do anything other than creat a whole lot of damage and hurting if you hit one.

Hitting a deer in a corner while it is in mid air is not good either. Pucker up the ass and hope for the best.

Years ago, the luckiest bunny in the world made it through the underside of my cx500 at about 70mph. Clean pass at both of our highway speeds. Otherwise I'd advise steady control inputs. If collision is unavoidable, hit that rascal as square as possible and hang on tight. Inertia is your friend.

Fewer years ago, a mate and I were blasting from Cabo San Lucas to La Paz. Rolling along at about a buck twenty with my buddy 2 or 300 yards ahead, he suddenly disappeared in a cloud of white smoke. I slowed down a bit and as I passed through the haze, I saw that he had locked them up for a herd of goats who were making their way across our path. Gotta love Mex!

You'll probably have to just suck it up and keep going. Run it over if anything... swerving might be a much worse option...

I knocked oot a deer in NJ years ago on a nighthawk at night with my knee. Nice story aboot the "goats" when ever I read something like that, I think about "CURRY GOAT."

I guess I am a carnivar and can not escape it. Cheers

This is why I got abs brakes-it the only way you can brake safely with no notice at all, motorcycle riders sometimes make the mistake of putting the bike into a slide-but idea-the brakes will stop faster because your using your tires not bike parts:chaingun:
