The caliper is a bit loose for my liking and want to get other comments on slider pin of when it should be replaced or options ?

Any comments would be greatly appreciated...

Need more info. Slider pins on caliper mounting bracket should never need replacement unless severe wear is visible.

Someone, sometime, please clearly state your bike's mileage and year for once when asking about parts replacements, thank you. :homer:

Sorry this is an '06 ABS 110,000miles - the slider / bearing is internal to the bottom mounting bolt on the L/F caliper

When torqued you can feel and see the movement between the fork bolt mount and caliper frame - it's more than what feels right to me anyhow...

I think you should take the bike back to that dumb ass who worked on it and get it done right!

    I wonder why.
I'd start looking for a used caliper just to get the pin you need.

    A caliper ?

Caliper is fine, this is a sleeve where it mounts to the fork... 45442-MAT-000

Just wondering from anyone with any experience with having to replace the sleeve and needle bearing ?

I think that for the cost of this item, I am just going to go ahead sometime in the not too distant future, buy and new pin and bushing for ~$30.00 and replace them for piece of mind. Liaised with norcalboy and this was his opinion which I place high value on.
