Hi guys. Here is a pic of my new (to me) ride in red, which I have on good authority is the fastest color. I rode quite a bit 25 years ago but have been away from it with job, kids, etc. and am very excited to get back to it. The bike is near perfect - single owner and only 3,700 miles. Had a dealer go through the bike top to bottom and change fluids, inspect hoses and such. Planning on suspension work, helibars and Sargent (or possibly custom) seat but I am going to live with things for a while. Anyone have experience with the lower Knights Designs pegs?

Initial impressions are amazing - the VTEC whoosh is there and I find it more exhilarating than annoying but YMMV. I am 6'2" and 215 lbs so I may also consider lower pegs.

You are an amazing group of people - I have been lurking on this site for a few months while I researched my purchase. I am certain I did a better job because of the thoughts and advice here and I will post follow-ups as I get back into things.

Ride safe and keep the rubber side down ATGATT
Lower pegs seem to work great for Giant

I think you got a good one. I got mine a few months ago and love it! Great bike I think.

I could be mistaken but I always heard the black ones were the fastest !!
