951 Mile 2007 VFR on eBay...

What do you think the final selling price for this bike should be? Only 951 miles on a 2007.

I am smelling something here. Only 95 miles on it yet if you look at the rear tire, it was cornered relatively aggressively with brand new tires on it. I wonder if it went down and was fixed. But otherwise, it looked great. I would want to go and inspect before buying though.

 

Seller later states that the correct mileage is 951, not 95.1.

 

I'm thinking that it could hit $7500 but I doubt it would be much higher.

Personally, I would rather buy one with 10k on it and a few farkles.

 

When I found my bike on Craigslist last November, there was a 2007 25th anniversary edition for sale in Orange County for $7000. The SOB never answered my inquiry, wondering if same bike. He claimed higher mileage. Current bid is $5200, with Reserve not met. I would expect at least $7000.00.

NOW, it is 2014, in three years there might be a new 2017 35th anniversary edition!

 

In September of 2008 I bought mine for $8100 at Fairfield Cycle, had to order it and waited a week (we bought 2) to get it but that was the going price when the economy was in the toilet. Would not give a dime past the current price, they are not rare......not even a little.....(groves of 07 RWB orchards were planted that you could run willy nilly through and just pluck as you wished) The true value is aboot $5500 on a good day. I will sell you a really sweat 07 RWB with a super charger and Ohlins suspension for $8500.

I have seen 07 selling from $4500 to $6000 depend on the mileage and fakles
There is 2008 on ADV for sale for $4800. I would pick this up if I am in the market.

 

I'll give $5500 and a '85 VF1000R!!
