Does this show a pattern of repetitive offensive behaviour on the part of Canada?
Surely there must be an international equivalent to the WA law which allows the arrest without warrant of someone (somecountry?) who is guilty of the repetition of an offence, even though the offence would not normally be an arrestable offence?

 

The last movie with John was Wagons East. He died during production. (There is a snotty know-it-all in ever group!) I too liked Canadian Bacon more for Candy's and Rhea Perlman's performances. Alan Alda almost made the movie unwatchable as he lampooned a Conservative politician. He is just not that good an actor. I loved Candy as the cynical cop.

Beiber is falling prey to the problem that afflicted Elvis and Michael Jackson. There is no one with enough power or influence who is willing to provide boundaries. As long a teen girls want him his handlers are powerless to stop his antics. He can't be fired. He can't even be censured or shamed for fear of upsetting his legions of fans.
