Wow, you know when someone says their Uncle passed on an almost 30 year old bike with bad carbs you don't expect a bike that looks like it just rolled off the showroom floor. Bike looks amazing, I really want to get one of the big F's back, preferably one in that condition!

The plastic bits all look fantastic...great score. I doubt either of my 2 F's will ever see that state of clean.

Thanks Guys! It is a very nice shape original bike. Cosmetically it's almost perfect but it has some work to be done for sure. Seat needs to be re-foamed, any suggestions on where to go for this? I'm going to get hold of Daugherty to sort out the rear suspension. Front suspension is going to get refreshed and I'll install new springs, oil and emulators. Tires need replaced. I am thinking Bstone BT-45's thoughts? All fluids need replaced. Brakes need bled and possible rebuilt. Hope to have it ready for next summer. Trying to keep it as stock as possible but still make it a good rider too. Now my little buddy has a big brother!
    Thanks
    Chris

    Wow, nice.

While you're at it have Jamie make up spacer kits for you, put some F2 wheels on the F and run new tires.
