Who Hates Harley Davidson?

I hate how they can get away with running straight pipes. But let me run a straight pipe on my vfr and the first cop to hear me would pull me over. Not that i would want to but when they roar past my house pretending that there going fast but just making a lot of noise i want to follow them home and go roar past their house with no pipe on. Ignorant

 

Figured as much, that's why I axed. However, owing to the general tenor, propositions might be more in vogue than axioms.

 

I think that part is probably the number one reason for my hatred of Harleydoods. They're easily the biggest poser douchebags on the road, even more so than the Ducatisti.

Harleydoods with their loud pipes are like a toddler who has been given a drum set for his 3rd birthday: cacophonous and annoying to the point where you want to take to him with a belt.

 

I believe it was a grammatical error..."Sport riders that think they're Val...(As in Valentino Rossi, not a "Val" which is someone from the San Fernando Valley) I hope that helps clear things up.

Watch out making fun of any religion. If a person believes in any god, they have no right to make fun of somebody else's god (even if that god is a crappy HD). Remember, unless you're atheist or agnostic, you're always only one religious disbelief away from being an atheist yourself.

As for harley owners, I just love to laugh at them for either not knowing or not admitting the sordid history of their own crappy bike.

Aha, the biker wave. Whenever I get sick of it, sticking my hand out for a returned gesture, I think about what it means and do it anyway. Here, in this country at least, most motorcycling is by choice. You drive a car to get someplace but you ride because it's what you most want to do. If you are out there, AGATT or bare headed, cruiser or sport bike, Harley or metric I know something about you. I know that you choose the adventure over the danger. I know that at some basic level we are alike and that we really are brothers and sister of the road. What does it mean for the Harley guy that can't see past his brand to embrace others? It's just sad. For my part I'll wave when we meet. If you ignore me, look straight ahead and zoom past I won't be pissed. I'll be just a little sad for you.

I have never, ever seen or heard anyone refer to him as "Val".

Maybe it's where I've done most of my riding (out West), but in my general experience the Harley Doods only redeeming characteristic is that they DO wave, and they DO get it - we're all out here for the same reason.
