Just ordered me a Leo Vince Evo II Slip-On! :party2: I am looking forward to it's arrival, so I can install that bad boy, remove the DB killers and go for a ride!
So I hear it's a pita to install, any tips from any of you guys with the Leo installed?

I don't have any tips, but I'm in the market for Leo's myself. Please post some before & after pics & perhaps a sound byte, must hear the growl!

I will try to remember to take pics. Knowing me, during the excitement of recieving the package, opening and installing, I will forget...

Very simple install.....The directions are useless except for the pictures...I put the whole system together and then slid it right on ...no muss no fuss

Yeah, I saw your review on revzilla. I thought to myself "that bike looks familiar." revzilla.com is awesome, I buy all my gear and accessories from there.

It gets here tomorrow, I'm excited like a school girl! Can't wait to finally hear how that motor is supposed to sound. By the way duccmann, did you have any issues getting the db killers to come out? I have the same exact model exhaust on my CBR250R and the db killer will not remove. It's stuck for good. Not that I want to take it out cause that thing is loud enough with it in, but I don't want them in the viffers mufflers cause, like you said, it will be too quiet.

No..just remove the Allen screw get a rag and vice grips..wiggle till it comes out..replace with bigger screw supplied. Had mine out for q good four months and started to get annoying with how loud they were getting....put the db back in and think it actually sounds better now... and I also think it runs better too.jmtc

Installed the exhaust last night. It wasn't easy but do-able if you have any kind of mechanical skills, and definitely have someone help. Forgot to take pics of course, and haven't gotten any video of the sound yet.
I like it! Looks great, sounds awesome. I started it first with the DB killers in, sounds ok, still a bit too quiet, just a little louder than stock. Took the DB killers out... I likey!!! Not too loud, just loud enough. Sounds great, nice mean, deep rumble. I'm going to take it for a little highway cruise when it warms up a bit. looking forward to it.

Those are really nice. They work well with the vfr bodystyle.

Is that a cover on your tank? For some reason it looks bigger than factory.

Oh, and I did a nice little 60 mi ride with mixed hwy and street. The exhaust sounds awesome when riding. Hardly any droning at hwy speeds. I'm loving it so far. Plus it feels a little lighter up top, which is a plus

I do like them. Not too much drone on the hwy, perfect amount of noise. Not wake the neighbors loud, but loud enough to make that V4 sound really good, sounds like it should. Nice deep tone. Now I just need a 5th gen header.
