Big E-bay score for me and now lots of plastics for sale!!!

Yes you read it correctly, I hit a home run on the bay this afternoon and I'm still pinching myself. I won an auction for a brand new OEM fuel tank, upper fairing, both lowers and the front fender and all 25th anniversary RWB...:tongue::tongue:

So after I stop dancing about like a fool I will make a list with pictures of all my fairing plastics in the classifieds. I have a full set of chinese RWB that can be seen in my pics and I have a set of OEM (sword Silver) lowers and fuel tank as well as a new in the box 07 upper fairing. Oh yes and an 07 RWB tank with a nicely shaped dent right where your jewels reside. Anyway, this is just a heads up with details to follow for anyone in need of plastic.

BTW my daughter took off with our digital camera to college so pics may not be available till the weekend.

why you heff be in canada? shipping will be steep for those of us in the USA.

 

It shouldn't be because I will ship from 13669 (Ogdensburg NY) since it is only twenty minutes down the road.

 

Jethro your only 20 minutes from Ogdensburg?.. I am 30 minitues from ogdensburg.... we should catch up in the spring...

 

Yep and I'm down there all the time because I shop on-line too much and we use Town and Country veterinary clinic for all our pet needs, which is a ton of needs. Robclo also lives nearby so we should meet for a day run or whatever.

 

I would be interested in the lower-left fairing.

 

Sword silver? As in 2008 color?

Lol I nearly bid on that set! Not sure if the fairings were genuine honda or not but all looked to be in excellent shape! Likely are considering the tank is... Congrats!

I contacted the seller to verify that everything was in fact OEM. They got back to me pretty fast but I have to say that English could not have been their first language based on the way they murdered it.

 

Just need a tail section and you're golden! Maybe some rim tape if you have black wheels... That was gonna be my plan

My bike is candy red and I'm attached to it. Besides I'm not always the most careful and my stuff has chips, a crack... Mostly previous owner. So I don't have to worry. I'm more into the mechanicals/performance.

These bikes are beautiful in almost any color and RWB is certainly one of em...

Yup that is the truth. I have a silver tail section that I plan on painting when I get my bags done so everything will look OEM. My wheel are white but they used to be black with the stripes you are talking about and I'm on the fence as to whether I liked the look or not. I just tossed out a set of rim decals last weekend that were cluttering up my tool box.

 

I borrowed a camera and finally got something listed in the classifieds so go have a gander and let me know if you have any questions or want more pics etc.
