well, i ordered my first mods today and will be ordering more tomorrow. i ordered a comp werks rear fender elim kit at my dealership as well as picked up some chain cleaner, chain lube, oil, filter, water wetter, and 2 bottle of premixed coolant. i also ordered a set of foam grips, and tomorrow will be ordering a power commander from the group buy and when i come across some more cash will be picking up a set of RG sliders (hence the coolant). hopefully ill have the power commander and rear fender elim kit by the end of the week:biggrin:

after all that i might see about a set of risers or helibars, as well as a K&N filter and gutting the cat.

well, almost everything is here. i got the power commander in today and it seemed to help out nicely. i didnt drive it much, but the VTEC transition was smooth and the low end power felt good. the grips are also on as well as the fender elim kit. it looks pretty nice now that i have my plate on it and not my temp tags. lol

the bike is apart right now though for me to put the frame sliders on, and also to install the new sprocket. hopefully ill have the bike up and running by sunday (im going to the track saturday, so i wont be able to work on it much)

That eliminator makes a nice difference. I ordered mine last week. You gave me more incentive to get it all together...... I like to ride it when its nice out though!!! Nice bike, looks great in black.

so i picked up my zero gravity double bubble windscreen today. i got it in the dark smoke color and it matches my black 06 nicely. i should also get my genmar risers soon (would have gotten the helibars, but instead i got the screen and the risers)

That zero gravity looks great! How difficult is it to install frame sliders did you have to drill holes in the plastic?

the sliders kinda suck to install. it took me a few hours, but it only sucked cause i had the side panels off and on a few times for drilling and other stuff. i did have a dremel, so it wasnt drilling, but i still had to make holes in the panels.
