In my younger years, I absolutely would have tried it. My old YZ was damn near indestructible. I swear that bike spent at least an hour of its life underwater from riding through rivers, lakes, bogs, quarries, etc. and it never missed a beat.

But now? I've spent enough time fishing in rivers where I understand the power of even a couple of inches of flowing water. I would have looked at that mud river, queefed, and turned around.
