That's it. Looks like no one is offering to do this mod at the moment and there is a good chance I would run out of talent if I tried to do it.

 

Nice mod but too much work for me, I can have it done but not worth my time

I can heve it machine out and drill all the holes for you but you have to mail it to me the cover. Your bike will be out of commision for a while though.
Have you contact the guy from VFRD? The reason not to many willing to do the job cause machine set up is time consuming. If you have the skill you can do them at home using Dremmel and drill press. Get the holes lay out using a template created from computer and print out....

Going to send mine to him this winter.
