What is the "silver" color used on parts such as the rear sets, pillion sets, etc?

To be fair I think it's my turn to ask questions. What does the well dressed harleydood who doesn't dress like the rest of the harleydoods wear? Something out of the Elton John catalog maybe? A Nomex suit maybe?
