Euro Light Switch Conversion

I addition to the air box mod, the exhaust upgrade, the Regulator/rectifier upgrade and the the PAIR delete, the Euro light switch was the most time consuming. It involves replacing both the left and right handlebar switches and some intricate wiring harness modifications. I even added the city light to the headlight housing. As a result of this mod, I now have a flash to pass trigger on the left switch, can turn my headlights on and off and the front blinkers are actually blinkers (not combination parking lights and blinkers). OK....So anyone know if on the 6 gen headlights..if you look at the bottom inside corner it looks like maybe somewhere other then in the states..the bike came with something like this....theres a circle on the lense and a spot inside that looks like it should hold something if drilled oot.......may some VFR's in Australia come with it

 

The website I mentioned above has parts views for the European models of your bike. You can check to see how the bike was configured for the European market. My bike had a circle mark on the plastic housing under the headlight. So I drilled a hole to insert the light socket and connected the wiring per the European model wiring schematic.
