I drove about 40 miles this morning, then I took a blast up 140 miles per hour in 5th gear. When I shifted into 6th, I had no engine at all. FI light is on, but I get no crank & it wasn't firing at all while coasting in gear. I'm sitting on the side of the road now, waiting to see if it will change...

Any suggestions? I have minimal tools with me.....

Edit: I guess the first thing I'll do is check the fuses.

all fuses appear to be intact. Still dead, but all the lights come on.

I don't know if the clock reset to 12, because it is 12 o'clock~

Accidentally hit the Kill Switch ?

Don't laugh happened to a Gixxer 1000 riding friend of mine at 60mph, while I rounded up the riders ahead it took him 10 minutes on the side of the road for him to work it out after checking everthing else first.

I've verified with GPS that my speedo (& most of ours) is off @ 8%, so 140 would be an actual 129 mph.

    But yes, it's stock.

"Old Dog".....?? Same year as yours~
