Right hand drive to boot. Welcome to the forum mate. Silver is really a grey bike that is a white wannbe
Welcome to the WORLD Valek and that is a nice looking machine you have there. Enjoy the ride, and don't forget to keep her shiny side up. So that would mean that the rear brake and throttle are on the left and the clutch and shifter are on the right, correct?? Then, of course the swing arm would be mounted in reverse and the chain would be on the right side, and then the only radiator fan on our bikes would be on the right side. HEH, we should talk to Honda about this, then they would make a rad fan for the right side and all of our hot running VFR's would be easily fixed. We would just have to order the fan from US/UK and no more..................................Oh well, wishful thinking.
Side bar here. When I worked as Special Provincial Constable on our Sky Train system here, (Automated Light Rapid Transit) I was with a Sky Train Attendant and we came across a youth from Australia pushing his bicycle. I asked him if his bike was right hand drive. He clearly picked up on my comment and said no, it was left hand drive. A bit later the attendant told me he did not know there was a right hand drive bicycle. He was kinda like Pea Soup if you get my drift. End of hijack. Back to welcoming the Brits to the World. Love your country valek. Was there a couple years ago and want to return.
many thanks for the warm welcome guys im more of a reader than a writer tho so i will be here lurking and reading hehehe oh and merry solstice all =)
Well Hello from sunny Wales ( can't say that too often) Liking the ride, got a silver one myself Be Safe Carpy
Live anywhere near Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwll-llantysiliogogogoch? Went there for a quick stop over. Spent the whole time learning to pronounce the name. Imagine that. Spell check has said this word is mis-spelled. WTF
Not too far away, about 170 miles or so. I live about 20 miles from the Brecon Beacons. absolutely sweet roads (apart from Kamikaze sheep !!). Not many spell checkers can handle good old Welsh names. Nowadays they just call it Llanfairpwll
Our tour guide gave us a 20 minute lesson, syllable by syllable, on how to pronounce that name when were were arriving via coach. Never did master that one
