I have cleaned and checked the start button, engine kill, ignition wire bundle connectors. I could check the clutch side as well.

The headlights dim when I push the start button, so that is a good sign. The starter motor is starting/making its usual noise, unless something is off to make it give/provide not enough to get the engine started.

The starter solenoid is getting power when I push start (hence starter motor turning). I could check if the spark unit is getting power/have continuity.

Honestly, very well put :) Thank you!

b- checks out. are you saying your starter is spinning but not engaging the motor. or trying to spin? as Kenny said, your headlight should go out when you press start button. if not there is a problem with start button

    Yay!

The starter is spinning - I get the starter sound (chi-chi-chi-chi), but engine does not start. And yes, as Kenny said, the headlight... well doesn't go OUT but it dims, like when I start my car.

follow Kenny's advice and redo starter button test and cleaning. sounds like the N/C contact for headlight is not disengaging

    IT IS A JOYOUS DAY!

    - I played with the lights a bit (literally played... just turning headlights to high beam and back, turn signals, brake, neutral) all worked perfect.
    - Unplugged the left handle bar coupler, reconnected.
    - Checked the neutral switch (pulse generator continuity, while I was at it) (page 18-9)
    - Ignition ON and made sure I was in gear, to check the neutral switch... figured I'd push the start button again for good measure...

The headlight turned off when start button was pressed! I could hear the engine turning a bit easier compared to last night, but seemed to die right when I let go of the start button. Realizing I probably needed to choke the engine a bit, and voila! SHE'S BACK!

While making sure I had the clutch in, I turned the throttle a bit to hear it out, and the engine stalled on me. Started it up again, added a little more choke, and played with throttle, and it did not turn off on me, till I told it to.

Now that I am a bit scarred [from the old starter relay welding itself shut during our first trip together, hence the bike won't turn off], I shouldn't have to worry about that any more now with a brand new battery and brand new relay, correct?

And now that she is finally running... Time to pull out the radiator and check out the leak... Refresher, the leak did not happen until after the drop on the day of... I'm guess it is something simple, and if not, I'm hoping it is some minor welding job I can bring it to a radiator shop and have them fix it up. Logic sound good?

    SUCCESS!!!

The radiator is patched (Thank you JB-weld) and I have no leaks, and she sounded great out there!

One I'm-stupid-moment was shortly after starting my ride (a block?) my engine died on me... choke is on, etc. etc... I was sad and pulled out my phone and started to look for answers... then it hit me (figuratively)! This dummy turned the dial on the side of the fuel tank to "OFF"! Switched it back to "ON", and no more problems!!!

Thank you so much guys! You guys were a hugeeeeee help, and patient and oh-so-detailed in walking me through my troubles... I am impressed!

    Happy riding!
    Cheers (after riding)

just on a side point, my bike was dropped RHS 2 days ago.. electrical was ok, but took quite a few cranks to get it going again. I assume fuel leak/starvation, and took a while for fuel pump to get the fuel to the engine again..
