Tahoe Get Together?

This will be my last attempt for the West Coast Convention, we have brought it up from time to time but now it's time to make it a reality or dismiss it for Internet chatter.

I have July 14-22 off, Hoping to hook up with 4 or 5 riders from the Pacific Northwest and meet up with some Oregon riders on the way down, for some of the Canadian riders who are trailering their bikes, they can leave their cars and trailers on my 5 acres and spend the night if they wish before we take off the next morning.

I understand if this doesn't go down because of schedules and such but I need some definite answers within the next month or I have to finalize some travel plans elsewhere, for me it's either riding with some VFR buds down to a central location in California and getting a cabin with the boys or drinking Margarita's in Mexico with the wife. So what do you say?

Im working that saturday but July 27-30th work for me, I might be able to switch if everyone else plans on the 14th. But I think we all should be there by Saturday. Like to have the full weekend to spend there.

 

I didn't buy tickets this year for Seca because I thought their would be more interest in the VFR convention, if I had it to do over, I would have bought tickets for the Moto GP and rode down to SLO to stay with my buddy, and then I could have rolled with the Central Coast VFR boyz for a couple of days before heading back to Monterey for the races.


P.S. I could probably move my vacation back one week if I can find someway to score tickets, might starting looking because it looks like this VFR convention is not going to happen...

Hmm I'll be watching this plan out.

 

I live in Tahoe but am willing to meet up for a day or two of riding, just give me specific dates.

Plan on going that Sunday 22. Hey Reg, pick me up a couple of those Aerosmith tickets.... Ill ride up there with the old woman on the back and see the show with you....maybe Tori will join in.......Unless he is still Bikeless.....

 

I get back from a week of drinking Mexico on the 19th, I'm probably just going to be floating up at the lake attempting to recover (ie. drinking more).

If anything pans out near the central coast, north coast or central cali... I'll pop in.

 

Going to Catalina island that week.
