Picked up a stock 07 RWB edition last weekend. Big change of pace from my RC51, but enjoying it so far. The wifey wants to come along more and more, so had to pick up a more civilized bike. Looking at picking up panniers and a top rack soon, although I'm finding the bags are not so easy to find...

 

Would like to be part of this group. Stock '03 metallic silver here. Thx.

 

Welcome to the RWB brigade! Yes we in the RWBB have trouble finding panniers in the customary Blue to match our bikes. Often we resport to instaling red ones temporarily till we can get them painted to match. It seems like the vast majority of saddlebags were produced in Red. If you waant to go this route, you can find them new at David Silver Spares for just over $400.

I saw the link to David silver spares in another thread, and will be picking up a pair of red bags soon.

I had a line on a black gen 6 too, about the same price as my RWB, but once I saw the RWB colour scheme in person, I HAD to have it! Black would've been easier to match, but I don't ride bikes for practicality's sake!

 

Agreed, now you just need to powder coat your wheels white and get a supercharger like Toecutter and you'll be all set..otstir:

I found my bags on Craigslist. They are red and a bit scuffed but some day I will get around to matching the paint. They really work slick!
