HF has a good one for about $5.

 

this one is mounted on the bike permantly squirrelman

 

So is mine (bottom photo). Mounted at right , just below gauges. Not elegant, but it's easy to see the lights, and it works great. It's one of the few HF tools i would ever praise or expect to last more than 3 uses.
