Can never load VFRW in early morning,

    it is certainly no big deal but for the last month or so between 0500 and 0600 (EST) VFRW won't load and times out, but I can load any other site normally.
    Just wondering.

    I am just messing with you boss.......That is odd cause I can open on my phone as well with no issue. Let me check with the MOD and IT
