Okay, for those of you who have completed this project, I bought a Motad header for my 5th Gen and have heard stories of the difficulty in getting it fitted correctly. What is the correct order to get this thing installed? Front cylinders first? Rear? One of each? extension tubes? Please give me some advice so I can get it right the first time.

    Thanks as always,

    Primo

I just started at the front and worked my way back leaving everything as loose as possible until it was all on there. I see a lot of people having huge issues and modifying because it won't fit right. I have a Motad header and it's Jet hot coated as well and I had zero issues. I was pretty nervous going in but it was waaay easier than replacing my brake lines. Just make sure to spray penetrant on the studs before you try to loosen them, I didn't have an issue but I guess they break really easily. Seriously, besides my seat easiest mod I've done. Good luck!

Thanks Mike, I appreciate the input. It does not look all that difficult but I have read many posts of folks having issues, bending pipes, ruining gaskets. Nice to get some assurance.
    Thanks again,

    Rob

Heck yeah Mello! I'm having knee surgery on the 4th and it's supposed to take a month to heal but after that I'm wide open :) I reckognize you from the "other" forum, I'm finding that I like them both for different reasons :)
