    no.

I wish I could remember the specifics on why it won't. I checked into this on my 5th gen build. I think the hole spacing is off significantly.

If I can come up with a good front fender. I'll make a mold and build some. If there is enough intrest in them. Maybe I can get wife to let me use her's.

I was after the styling of the 6th gen fender. Pretty sure I had Toe Cutter check it for me. If memory serves me, we started by comparing the hole spacing of the mounts on the lower fork tubes and they were nearly an inch different. Maybe TC will chime in but he's older than I am and undoubtedly his memory is far worse. When the hole spacing was different, we didn't bother to check any further to see if there were any other issues.

I don't know what oem tips scales at. :lol
3k carbon part should average about half.
Just a guess front fender carbon 12- 14oz. Could be less would have to build one.
    Price that's a guess to. Probably $125-140.

The oem front fender doesn't weigh much. You could take a pee and save more weight.

Thanks if mmeory serves, the stock unit with a fenda-extender attached weighs .5kg so 16-17oz ish. Hmmm seems like what i've been reading is true not much weight saving in street carbon ! For not much more money I can have a Ti front axle & save 4x the eweight, so looks like my money will go that way, as a painted fender will look the same !

    Thanks anyway.

Will a CBR600 or later model VFR front fender bolt up to a Gen 2 VFR? They are some kind of ugly front fenders. I'm thinking about just cutting it now, but if something bolts up I'd do that instead.

Kinda curious to put a couple numbers on the 5th/6th fender spacing. --- When I did my brackets - I got 123.00 mm top to bottom spacing for the 5th, measured with a CMM. Mbe someone could spot a scale on a 6th? (Not doubting it wont fit, just like to put numbers to it.) -- I dont have any data for crosswise.

I got three CMM and a 6th gen. Which dimensions would you like to know? I can scan and post some dimensions. Picture or sketch of the location would help.

Its 4 points so - just top to bottom each side. --If you could finagle a crosswise (width) that would be interesting.

(When I did my stuff, the reference XYZ was thru the CL of the fork and then from the CL of the axle.)

Damn you have 3 CMMs? I be playing with that stuff constantly.

I will remove the front fender and get some dimension for you.
