Hi There, I have just recently joined VFRworld, live in Houston TX and own a VFR 6th Gen.
Born and raised in Amsterdam Holland, I rode BMW and CBR600 all over Europe, finally came to my senses and landed here in 2005 with wife and 2 kids.
A few texans called me to join the Two Wheel Texans and I have been chasing the horizons of the beautifull country ever since!
Hope to meet the VFR riders in the area or beyond on any of my trips.
Joost (sorry for that name, not my doing ... pronounce Yoast)

Sorry. Had to laugh. Was trying to picture you in Wrangler jeans, White t shirt wearing a black stetson and cowboy boots and walkng up to someone saying "Howdy Pardner" with your accent. I can't welcome you to Texas, but I can welcome you to this side of the Atlantic and VFRWorld for sure. Always a pleasure to have newbys here from across the pond, evn if they are no longer across the pond. Post u some pix soon as you can.

Welcome aboard!! You should make your way over to the Southeast sometime for some of the best riding in the U.S. I'd be happy to be your tour guide on a trip to the Tail of the Dragon and surrounding areas!! The other VFR website (VFRD) has a large get together every year and we are expecting between 80 to 100 bikes to be there from all over the U.S. and Canada and it's a great time with some really great people!!!
