No i havent had the money to get the fairings well, brought the little bit that goes between the headlight, but of course as the top piece been smashed all around the headlight , most mouting points arent there anymore aghh , ave had to use tape , getting bit frustrating it looks really bad.

I did see frame mounted fairing on ebay in england that had complete clocks gauges be good for your bike, my bike came from the usa also so might be brothers or sisters hehe

also theres brand new black middle section faring on ebay for 250.00 this be good buy as you have real trouble getting these anymore , i have just replaced my clutch plates , and have new did chain
But want to buy some replacment sprockets , they are great bikes so keep going

I got my regestered and legal so u can too. i am tempted to go naked look but how to attact headlight indicators has but me off for know

    Hi

Do you still have parts. I have a 93 vfr and I need a few minor fairing parts to make her complete.
The black plastic opposite side to the fuse box, on the right the fuse bos is under it, its the one on the left i need. Its just over a foot long??

The fairing/panal that covers the radiator facing forward, slots in some way betwween the fairings.

The two/one furthest back fairing at the bottom nearly directly under the back break and gear change.

Have you any, perhaps all of these?

You ever think about parting that bike out? You can at least double your money and get a bike that is more ready to ride. That 8 spoke rear wheel alone is big bucks.

Hm, no i never really considered parting it out... It's a bit of a project, what i'm planning on doing is a steampunk theme for the bike.. I really like the base look of this bike, but I know there's a pretty dedicated following to keeping these stock.. I'm just not extremely mechanically inclined so i wouldn't be able to sell the bike piece by piece.. Honestly i just really want a bike to be able to ride right now. I really like the bike, but if i could sell it and get a ready to ride bike like a katana or cbr 600 i would do that in a heartbeat.. I just don't really have a lot of money to spend on a bike right now so that's why i wanted to put this bike together piece by piece.

If you're not making progress and it helps, I'd be willing to take it off your hands for the $550 you paid and whatever parts from me, you ended up saving.

If you have the cash, you might want to find a competant, honest shop to fix it for you. Not everyone should pick up tools and start working on machinery they aren't familiar with. Since it's your first bike and it's been wrecked, you'd have a much safer bike if a pro did the work.
