Vfr 1200 side deflectors

    Has anyone installed this option in their bike ? Would you do it again... Can you post pictures of the bike ... Please and thanks.

    I have them on mine, but I have never ridden it without them. That's what happens when you buy a bike Jan 3rd in Maine - it's all done up by the time the first ride comes. They don't seem all that effective to me, they're pretty small.

    The mod I'm happiest with is the homemade flapjob I made to protect the prolink components. I live on a dirt road and it kept everything forward of the wildly expensive total joke of a tire-hugger pretty clean. Check my few posts for pics - worked like a charm.

    I bought a set but decided not to install them as I didn't care much for the appearance. Not like they look in the factory photo. Search down the page a bit and I think you'll find a recent thread with pics. People who've installed them seem to like them. I'm going to sell mine when I find the time to list them.


    You should have bought a Pyramid Plastics hugger. Looks better, costs less, and actually does what you want it to, both above and below the swingarm. Really glad I got mine.
