vf500 rear shock

    Hello all
    I am rebuilding a vf500 is there an altenative rear shock that can be used.

    I bought one from Hagon. ISTR that someone offers some modified CBR600 or similar rear shock as an alternative.

    you can try Jamie. Have never used is service but he seems to be competitive and has received many positive reviews on his VF suspension work. I believe he ships over the pond too.

    Another vote for Hagon. I got one with a scrapped bike and Hagon refurbed it fo GBP100. Did a great job. Was like a new shock when I got it it back.

    +1, jamie does quality work, got an f2 shock from him for my 500 a while back, and recently had him rebuild the shock for my cbr f3, you end up with practically a brand new shock. pricing is quite reasonable as well
