Looks good. Good on you for posting a picture on your very first post! She looks to be in great shape. I'm sure the wife will understand when you start offering to swap bikes with her.

Get the suspension rebuilt to fit her weight and riding style. That's the best mods you could do.

Looks sharp, aftermarket seat and screen w/ heli's, she's ready to munch some miles.
A lot of 5th Gens had R/R's die this year (myself included) so I'd check it out. Some people keep a spare under the seat.

    You're just bitter

direct solder connections, 10ga wires, and moved to the front to keep away from the exhaust heat. I can ride all over and still put my hand on the RR

Get some 00-01 mirrors, a Sargent World Sport seat, top shelf tires (Bridgestone BT-16 are cheap since they were just updated to a new model) & an 8 spoke rear. You shouldn't need to do anything else other than ride it.

    KC-10 FE out...

What's the difference in 01 mirrors?

Don't worry about tires. I have that covered.
Has a new set pilot power 2ct on it. May run 023 on it next set.
