A lil about us we live in the over governed country of the great united states. Based out of arkansas we drive big truck, aka, semi, for the euros a lou. The wifey and i have been team drivers for 4 years now covering the lower 48 states canada and alaska. We haul refridgerated products from shippers to recievers throughout north america. Exception is shitsaco. U know the reasons lol. We have our 2 lil ankle biters duke and joe. Duke is 13 years old and is 3/4 chihuahua and 1/4 german shepard. Ole man joe is about 15 years old and a toothless lil menace to ankles. Hes a full blood chichuahua. They have the good life eat sleep and you guessed it lol. The wifey is mid 30s and came from the medical field where she worked as a nurse for years b4 the economy took its nose dive. Myself im 33 and came from an engineering field and of course u guessed it im blamin it on the economy as well lol. Basically im creating this thread to share our constant adventures across the continent. There are a lot of very beutiful areas out here. And hope yall enjoy some of the photos. And for those that want to be grammar nazis eat me lol. I spent 8 years in college just to be out here driving big truck instead of being able to follow my initial dreams of working as an engineer putting my life and heart into designing what my mind will allow me to.

Let the games begin. Started yesterday mornin up in chelan washington grabbed a 40 k lb load of apples headed to dunegon alabama. We will be droping this load in oklahoma city for someone else to finish the load because we are going home. We have been out for 2 months and need some very much needed rnr. Not to mention drs apointments and what not. And i get to work and play on my bikes wooo hoooo..

Y'all put the hammer down and keep 18 down. We were supposed to be on the road for 8 or 9 weeks but ended up calling it a day in 7. Yep. Nice to get home.

Economy has to pick up sooner or later and then you can go back to your dream career and design us a new Leaning Tower or a new Tacoma Bridge.

Oh its tough man the only thing that keeps us away from home so long is the money. And gotta pay bills yup we have alot of them lol. Good news our personal vehicles are low miles. Wifes 01 jeep has 45 k miles on it lol my 01 bravada only has 21 k miles on it the list goes on and on lol. As far as my field of study i am going to make a cchange up and attend to aquire my aerospace engineering degree it will only take me 1 year of courses to attain that piece of paper lol.

That government req,s hand is durty from playin us like a puppet. At least i know my prostate is in good working order lol.

 

finally made it home fell like hell but looks like we are goin to be able to make the docs appointments woo hooo lol

 

Welcome home. I am off for tests in the city Aug 2 myself. Shoulder problems. Think there is damage to the rotor cuff. Hurts to reach to wipe my ass!

Today was not a good day. Ole man duke had a seizure and fell out of the truck here in albaqueerque. Wife thought she had killed him fell right on his head. 1200 bux later at the vet sum good drugs and some glazed eyes he didnt have ne broken bones but now we have to find out why this ole man is all of the sudden having seizures.

 

:sad:...damn....that's bad news. Hope Duke gets well soon.
Makes me feel sad (as an owner of 3 dags I feel with you....)
