    Hey VFRWorld,

I am planning a week long motorcycle ride from San Francisco to Vancouver and back. I was wondering what sorts of things you guys check on your bikes before you leave (maintenance, etc.), and what you bring with you on the ride to make sure you can do emergency maintenance if necessary?

    Thanks,

    Mel

I would say the condition of your tires is the most important thing, maybe you would need new ones. And add the tire plugger kit too.

I never go on long rides without benadryl(medium bee allergy), a tent/camping gear just in case even if staying in hotels/friends etc.. Gives you flexibility on the road. The tire kit is a good idea, and maybe some extra tools.
