As Newbie as they get...

Hello all

Name's Andrew, 26, from Southern California. Just picked up a clean 20k-mile 86 Interceptor 500.
Recent service, new clutch, new Avon tires, original plastics - nice bike. After I take the safety
course & get my license I'll be hitting the road with my Dad, also an Interceptor 500 owner. This
may sound lame, but it was important to me to learn on the same bike. I'm sure there are better
starter bikes out there (looked at a VTR 250) but I couldn't resist the idea of twin 500s.

Looking forward to talking with (and maybe meeting some of) you folks. I'll post some pictures
when I get a chance.
