You can embed it from YouTube but it has to be there first. I'm not sure if vb allows any other embedded bids. I suppose I could use my website for FTP... I'd just need to add an account or two. Oh and it was honey bushmills or something like that...

You can upload it to YouTube, then just make it private. That way the incriminating evidence of you crazy bastards can't be used against you. :) I didn't run a cam this year since i knew there were 3 cams running (4 with Brian's)

I believe there are 3 settings, public, private and hidden. Public, obvious. Private, you'll need to give permission to those who want to view the video. Hidden means that if someone has the link, they can view it, no security. The private option is the "safest" as you would not be able to view the video without permission, but I'm not sure how permission is granted. I have only used the hidden option.

With private, you issue a password for the video when it's uploaded. Then you give the link and the password to people you want to view. Not a whole lot more secure than unlisted as anyone can pass on the password as easy as they did the link (unlisted).

That's how it was a year or two ago last time I used the private setting.

I wouldn't be that worried about it. There weren't any accidents or real hooliganism and "the man" has better things to do than try and track someone down thru YouTube for a speeding ticket or questionable pass.

So. As I departed yesterday at 09:30ish, I was intending to head to Medford the first night, then either home or maybe only as far as Olympia the second. But I get to Medford and there is still lots of light on I just keep plugging along. Matter of fact, I drove straight through. A 20 minute nap at a roadside stop between Eugene and Portland, then on on the roadside on a ramp North of Olympia Washington. That one I was awakened by rain running down the back of my neck. Oh. And I had a few momentary naps on the straight stretches but them damned rumble strips ruin everything.

Teri and Reg. You have once again out done yourselves. A great thing to open you home and property to a group such as us, to turn it upside down for a few days. Bravo! I really hope you take my invite to come and stay with Viennese and myself seriously.

My enjoyment of the rest of you is without a doubt, something I will remember for a long time. Speaking of Long, did he push anyone else's bike over or just mine?

For those of you who made the presentation of that very fine bottle of scotch to me, I heart felt thank you. I am still puzzled at why I should be presented with such a fine specimen, but for sure, I am ever so humbled that I was. I have a wee nip at my side as I type this.

So once again, all of you, I say thank you for this past weekend. But alas, I am very happy to be back home with Viennese, after this long one month tour, culminating with this epic event. To be discussed with a few here who wished they could have gone as well. Maybe I will be able to haul some of them down next time if I agree to truck the bikes down. Uggh! No pix from me this year. What pix I have are and will be posted on the other thread when I get to finishing that one likely tomorrow.
