Huck731, Hopefully only your bike was totaled and you are OK. Use the insurance $ to get another bike like you had or get your VF700 repaired. We hope to see you back on the road in the near future. Keep the rubber side down and ride safe.

 

I'm ok, only minor injuries, my left pinky finger is swollen and really sore and it jarred my fake tooth loose. I just want to get back to riding asap. it has only been one day and I feel lost.

 

are you looking for anything in particular or just waiting for something to jump out at you?

good to hear you didn't take much damage, you can always get another bike. I can't imagine the withdrawals I would go through if something happened to mine, I use it almost daily for commuting.

I was using mine for daily commuting also, as my daily driver car got wrecked on i-41 by richfield a month ago when someone cut me off. this was my last remaining vehicle. thanks for the links, I saw them last night on craigslist. I'm going to wait for insurance and possibly a lawyer to settle this before I get one though.

 

look for a craigslist thread; there was a red 6th gen (02) down here in the QC that was for sale not long ago. I worked with the original owner's wife, if it is the same bike....and they weren't asking too much for it.

Just moved here may 1st, from UK
Bought a 08 gen 6 hopefully pick it up this week.
Nice to see teres lots of vfr owners in wi.

 

Moved to Florida 2 years back from southern Wisconsin. I miss the Kickapoo River Valley and Wildcat Mountain areas. Worth a venture if you've never been.
