Ok, so I set all my clocks back an hour and I think I burnt my chops. So, my question is, do I start the VFR or do I just have a PBJ sammich?

oh, so that really was a derogatory term. Don't think I ever heard that one even in old movies. I watched Grease even...

Ok now ...... dissing Motorhead IS a pretty bold and dangerous move.

Ya pack o' hostile pricks. :chaingun:

This place sure is a hoot.

Simon - I looked at the wiring schematic and it appears as though the kickstand has a light that runs through the harness. Maybe that needs to be powered through? Try looping that pin-out, or putting a bulb into that circuit.

    Thanks Jose
and fuck the rest who dissed me
Calling someone a chop (here in sunny SA) is a lighter term for dick or cock. It even made TV when a talking dog called it's owner a chop. Don't ask....
I did not diss Motorhead at all, I told that fucking nerd to go listen to them.
Has anyone else noted the VFR800 in the Lemmy DVD ? I'd like to know that. I was going to start a thread but I was worried about pricks like Spike and Metallican misunderstanding it and just talking shit but there really is a VFR800 in the Lemmy DVD - 49% Motherfucker 51% Son Of A Bitch
Thanks to all that helped make this thread epic.
I don't live near Zimbabwe but loads of Zimbabweans live near me............
I went to the country side on Saturday and rung my 36's neck all the way to 260km/h for minutes. No restriction on that one. Taped up the number plate naturally.
We haven't got to the stage of starting the streetfighter 36 but I will keep any interested grown ups informed.
The rest of you must go back to the driving range.
Cancer Bats, Pantera and The Haunted playing in the clubhouse. Check them out if you not a Celine Dion fan.

Well this is to be my first post, and without a doubt I have to make it. I want to thank you guys, blokes, and whatever slang you call a South African.

It has been considerably entertaining, and makes me understand how wars start between different countries. This thread has it all, arrogance, posturing, threatening, humour (and for our American cousins "humor") plain ignorance. and childishness.

For anyone who takes offence at anything I have said. I am 6'3", 230 lbs. a Karate 5th dan, a mean mother, and a thoroughly nice chap. Of course this is the internet, and I could be 5'2", and 130 lbs (or 59 kilo to our European friends).

Anyway, keep up the good work. It's been hilarious. :potstir:

I have updated my profile, and as you can see I have a VFR750. I bought it because I couldn't see the point of riding a full out sport bike on Ontario roads. Too easy to lose your licence. The VFR fits the bill for being very practical, without having to try too hard to keep the speed down.

Regarding chop, I found this news article about our political leader Helen Zille. She got into to trouble after being misunderstood by less educated and misinformed types.
[ Zille did finally apologise, sort of. On 1 April, of all days, at 5:32pm, she tweeted, “I’ve read Marvin’s piece. I was a chop. Using language too loosely. Opened myself to this without thinking.”
The piece she was referring to was Sunday Times deputy editor Marvin Meintjies' column where he said Zille's refugees comment was not, as the ANC and others claimed, racist. She was just being a chop. For the uninformed, a chop (or tjop) is an idiot. ]

Jimlarch - it is just as easy to loose your licence on a VFR as on a CBR1000RR
This - "Oh, BTW, OP, nobody gives a flying rat fuck how big you are, I'm 5'4" and sitting across the table from you I still woulda called you a fucktard, rude ass prick, crawl back in your hole, or should I say, you're "friends" hole...................."streetfighter" " - is a bit rude and if you said that to me, little guy, I'd split your face open for you. Little men shouldn't be rude to big men. We're allowed to hit people here.
Spare room and spare bike for any Metalhead American willing to leave Obama's land for a holiday. Must just bring a bottle of Dr Pepper and a few boxes of Peanut Butter Cups.
