    I am a Yellow guy, It looks good, nice to find someone that specializes/loves painting motorcycle bodywork - looks like you found a good guy! I got mine down here and you saw his work/anywho-nice work on dah fab work on dah rear brake thang, like der TOE sed, Rear brake is for bone heads or gas station manuevers or sharp U-Turns, it does settle dah bike and its gud for pillion riding, but you know what me likes to say, "Where Reed!!!" seriously, nice job rebuilding that race-track refugee :smile: wish I could ride out to see yahs at SLO...

    seat catch mechanism, wiring harness, custom brake lines.

    plastic should be done tomorrow.

    will continue to have some miscellaneous odds and ends for a bit to wrap up. But close to road ready.

    No clue. Am over a barrel and have no choice. Limited sources that can take the bike and custom fit.

    Not a prayer. The brake master and the heat shield both had interference with the new mid-pipe location. Not sure how effective it really was at heat abatement anyway. I will use header wrap on the down pipes instead.

    Picked up header wrap from NAPA today. Baffled how they can stock header wrap but not the clamps to fasten it?

    So back to wiring harness.

    Problem: ECU will no longer fit in the rear and must be relocated to the front.

    Half a dozen people in different industries have been trying to help me locate the pins used in the ECU wiring harness connector for a clean move of the connectors. No luck.

    And so today we are doing surgery to shorten and lengthen wires as necessary to relocate the connectors. Wish me luck.
