Been out for a while! Could use a little help from the forum.

I have been a member here a long time but I don't regularly contribute as live is pretty busy. I sold my last 6th gen last spring after having owner it only a year and so I went without a ride last year. Just yesterday I picked up another 6th gen in red of course with only 7k on the clock so practically new. However it has been lowered with an aftermarket link in the rear suspension and it has a heli bars. I would like it all stock so if anyone has a stock link and or a set of clip-ons I would be happy to hear from you.

Right now the bike is in storage while US customs plays with the title for three days (standard practice) but by the end of the week I should be able to finish the import and have here home for a bath and pictures.

Hope all is well with everyone! It is good to be back again with my 6th VFR, not counting the first gen stuff.

 

I am interesting in the link, what kind and is the side stand been trim as well?

 

Good to have you back Jethro. I imagine that the stock bars should be pretty easy to come by. Please post up some pictures when you get it.

 

The side stand has been modified for the new static height. I'm not sure what lowering kit they used but when I get the bike here I will have a closer look and shoot a few pics.

I have standard handle bars (clip ons), Stand, triangle link off my 2001 VFR.
