    Good evening, everyone!

My name is Rich and I just bought a 2007 Honda VFR800 Interceptor. I did a little research on the bike prior to buying and almost everything I read was positive, so I went ahead and bit.

It has been 12 years since I rode a motorcycle, but I rode extensively between the ages of 18 and 25. In fact, I didn't own a car, just motorcycles. I started off on a beat up '84 CB650, and then bought a new '94 Ninja. The speedo didn't work on the CB650, but I reckon I put maybe 6,000 miles on it. When I finally sold the Ninja, it had 47,000 miles on the clock (that was with the second motor though, and I'll share that story another time!)

Now I'm the proud owner of a VFR (in 25th Anniversary drag), so I'm looking to learn more about this machine of mine.

I just bought my VFR this year after a few years of not having a running ride. I have been on/off two wheels over the years and I am SUPER happy with my yellow 2000. You will COMPLETELY enjoy that bike.

    Welcome to "The World".

7500 miles on the clock. Almost new. I have big plans for her.... heli bars and hard bags among them. My wrists are too old to support my gut anymore, so I need a little help. Some storage is a must, but the $1K OEM bags are outta the question. I'll do some research to see what my alternatives are.

    I appreciate the welcome, guys.

    Rich
