Just ordered a set of red shorties with black adjusters. I've wanted fancy levers forever, but just couldn't spend $180 for something I don't really need. Hoping these will do the trick. Those are some damn fine looking levers, tink!

I'm pleased. Need to install them yet. the wait was agonizing. Had a tracking number within 3 days but took a while for the system to update and then a really long time over the water.

In the end, they look good and well worth the wait.

Mounted mine up today. No problems. They fit like OEM. I really like the look.

Well, I rode to work this morning and they are definitely an improvement over stock. For whatever reason, I had a hard time with letting the OEM clutch lever slip through my grip as I was letting it out. With these replacement levers, I have no problems whatsoever. They fit well and they feel good in my hands. The easy adjustment is nice, too. I started with them all the way out on 6 and gradually moved them a few notches until they were perfect. I could adjust them while riding which made it real easy.

Received mine today and installed them in 20 minutes. Fit great and adjust VERY nicely. I got the shorties and I can get 4 fingers on there if I want to, but I can operate them just fine with three, using the index and thumb wrapped around the grip. I am another very pleased customer for the ebay levers. I can't see paying Pazzo kinds of money. You can even get these in a folding version.

Also be aware that you need to take the brass pivot pin out of the clutch side to use with the new levers. Be sure to clean everything off and use some fresh synthetic grease. Green grease is AWESOME! Notice the shiny screws and one dark looking thing in the upper left of the lever. That is the pivot pin.

I have them on my monster 600. I am very happy with my chinese levers considering the price.

I have pazzo's on my viffer and there is no functional difference really. Pazzo's are more precise with adjustment and that is it...

They are an excellent affordable option for standard levers IMO..

It's amazing what those Chinese guys can make out of old aluminum beer cans they get from Japan.

I'm ALWAYS high .... on life, man. :hippie:

I count the whole time, from grabbing the small tool set, taking things apart, cleaning out everything and re-assembly.

One of the best features about aluminum is that it never breaks down through processing. Re-smelt steel and you affect the carbon content and grade of the final product. You can pretty much smelt aluminum time and again and you always have the same end product. It's GREAT!

I'm thinking of designing an all alumimum engine and wonder if I can melt down some lawn chairs I have to get started.

Them better be some damn good lawn chairs. Make sure to throw in some Guinness cans. Those Irish REALLY know how to ride fast, so I bet your engine would kick ass!

The Irish have great parades too.

Then there's the story about the a sample of the mid 1930's Auto-Union GP car sent to a metallurgist for analysis. When asked about the technological level of the sample, he told the interviewer the metal was on the same order of lawn chairs from KMart.

Then ya got the various alloys, cast aluminum, forged aluminum and Yamaha's vacuum process and that stuff the Brits, Australians and the Irish call aluminium. I sure wish they'd learn to speak English like the rest of us.

I got the same levers from fleabay and they look good. The only quality issue I see it that there is no brass/bronze bush for the pivot bolt - they will wear the hole a bit quicker. For $40 though you can just buy another set I suppose.
