I just received a customer satisfaction survey from Honda specifically aimed at DCT owners asking for feedback as they are first to market with this and we are first to purchase...lab rats :) Thank God!!! My complaints centered around the power lag in 1st and 2cnd of which I saw some countries are getting a new map for the ecu to correct this issue so I begged for them to send it to the U,S&A!!! The other complaint I had was the inability to Dyno the DCT. The DCT system otherwise is flawless in my opinion. Yes the clutch could engage at a higher rpm for those drag racing scenarios but I don't do that often. So this is just a heads up for DCT owners that Honda is sending these out so speak now or forever hold your peace!

I wonder if you could shoot them something about those regulator/rectifiers that a few folks have trouble with on the other bikes. They may not know about it.

Seems like a sharp guy and probably has it figured out now. It was a bit abtruse.. Maybe too he is one of the few that never got ditched in the middle of nowhere by a known part failure on a pre 1200 that somehow never got fixed, recalled or even acknowledged.
