I'd like a ride report even more than video. What's the character of the bike now? No traction control, so how about that rear tire's grip during acceleration? Does it need a custom map? Does it cause women to faint and men to tremble?

 

If I had to guess, it's like riding an overweight BMWS1000RR or Aprilia RSV4, except that the exclusivity and cool factor is way off the chart.

As far as a ride report goes I have a couple of thousand miles on it and am aboot to put a couple thousand more on next week, so when I return from Long's there will be a ride report that can have some merit to it and a VIDEO as well.

 

Patiently waiting, Helplessly Hoping (oops, song title) well lets just say I'm getting anxious.
You could do the Apple thing and leave a Prototype Video in a bar in San Francisco.

 

That's a lot of HP without those electronic "accoutrements" - is that even a word?

Traction is not an issue at all, the front will point at the sky even in the Oregon rain and the map is flawless and can only think another version of it by someone else would be a disappointment.

 

Cool! What tire are you running on the rear?

On second thought, I'll quit pestering you and "patiently" wait for the ride report!

Running Metzler M-5's. They do wear very fast but it is the price of peace of mind.

 

And for the record I am not oot riding wheelies in the rain........but curiosity did get the best of me when I was wondering if it would power wheelie in the wet.

Off to Vegas this morning to hang oot with Chick then Drewl's, Marrib's, Long's, and then Long beach to visit family and then home. Video and ride report on return to Sacramento.

 

I hope TC grabs a bottle of bleach before he uses la chicas skanky bathroom. That mold is probably about six inches thick by now.

 

Got home yesterday afternoon, clocked aboot 5000 miles since installation and think that is fair enough for a ride report. I will work on that over the next couple of days and Surfer has some video he shot in Oceanside that I hope will post up soon.

 

I would like to thank Travis, Chick, Drewl, Marrib,Jason, and Long for putting me up and putting up with me during this little adventure. I had a hell of a good time.
