So there's a cheap pair of 2Bros exhausts on my local craigslist:

    Two Brothers Racing mufflers

I know this isn't the VALE system, and they're not "VFR" pipes, but:
-Will it harm my engine if I throw them on (I have a PCIII)
-Will it involve a crazy amount of fabrication that will be cost prohibitive or not worth the added $$$ from getting a VFR designed pipe set?
-Is it just a bad idea?

    Thanks for advice/feedback!

Why not just save yourself the trouble Sweetpflueg and buy my old Two Bros carbon fiber "Stash" exhaust off my '03. I'll let it go for $150.00,you pay shipping.

To be honest, I'm having some "ethical" issues with going down to one pipe. The price is tempting, though. How's the sound?

I've never described an exhaust as sexy before, but the time has come. That thing is something else.

I have a set of the Two Brothers Stash exhaust. But, it needs work. I broke the bracket for the dummy can and after welding it back, it was asymmetrical compared to the other can.
   ...That's why I jumped on Stosh's deal.
However, if you're willing to play with it, you can have it, for a six pack of Negra Modelo. That is, if your SoCal buddy wants to come pick it up and handle the shipping and such...:cheersaf:

Just a heads-up Josh,I sent along the original Two Bros mounting instructions paper that came with that "Stash" exhaust.
You can get replacement parts for Two Bros exhausts and I believe those part numbers are written right on that piece of paper.
If they are,and VietHorse jumps on your offer, you might wanna send along a copy of that paper in case he ever needs any replacement parts.

You got it bud. Unfortunately, he would either need to cut and reweld or buy a new dummy can. The broken piece is not the big round bracket, its the one that bolts to the passenger footpeg bracket...

Stosh - c'mon man. When do we get to see the full write up on the Jokermobile? Behind the plastics, under the seat, the whole works! The suspense is killing me.

    Sorry for the thread hijack...

I've been working on the bike on and off for the past seven years now Keager.

The last time she left the garage and saw the open road was early June '09.

What you see in these pics merely scratches the surface, there's much more detail to come.
