2nd Gen Militia Roll Call

1986 VFR700F Original RWB, currently unpainted, heavily modified.... lol

 

"heavily"?! dude, the only way i know of to come even CLOSE to the level of mods to your VFR is to retrofit one of these old bikes with a f***ing jet engine! props to the EVFR tho, its been a favorite of mine for a while, frodus!

I really need to put aside the time to get those stickers off of mine. Especially since there's no relationship between the stickers and the bike. :lol:

 

Haha, thanks bro. I'll update the thread tomorrow maybe. Installing some bar risers and a Spiegler superbike handlebars.

 

My beut when he has all his fittings and shoes. Will be back to functional status very soon.

man these 2nd gen bikes look so good (and so much BETTER than stock) with the F2 wheels on them....every time i see a pic of one, it just makes me want to get my F2 wheels onto my bike that much more...

No, it requires a lot of modification to the frame and arm, search for his thread on this in this board.

eh. if they made one to actually FIT the 2nd gen, I might consider it, but honestly, every SSSA swap I've seen just involves more effort than it's worth IMO.

Have to agree with you, My 86 is quite a tank. More weight, no thanks.

Maybe I spend too much time on my bicycle, I doubt it though.

 

The '86 is probably the lightest of the VFR's! You want a tank, get a 1000R!
