they really do have a single sided fork. That bike is probably like 3 grand right? I ride a 2002 Trek 4900 on my "off" days. Just about everything but the frame has been replaced cuz I ride it like a maniac. But not having to pedal is a lot nicer.

It does really have a single fork, got it from my neighbor on a smoking deal who has to have the greatest and latest bike. I've done about 15 miles a week for the last three months, I live in a area that has the best mountain biking in the world and me and my dogs have never been in such good shape.

A big welcome from me too, im also a brand new owner, just went for the first ride today!
As far as bikes of every sort, I am obsessed. I have raced mountain and road bikes for years, have a brand new Ellsworth Truth mountain bike, built up all custom, and a Cannondale road bike with all Campy components. Also a single speed and a beach cruiser. People call my bikes (including the new VFR) my girlfriends cause they take all my time and money!
Heres to two wheels! :whoo: :whoo: :whoo:

Hey everyone. Finally got around to taking a few pics today. I need to get a rear seat cowl so I can get rid of the GIVI rack. Untill then, I have to leave it on because those two gaping holes under the seat dont do justice to the beauty of the bike, and I dont like the "oh sh*t" handles on the bike either. If anyone knows of an extra cowl in black, or better yet a yellow, let me know! Even with my employee discount, it would cost $100 do get one from honda... money I no longer have now that I have to pay off the bike and I still have my bills from last semester to pay off. Anyway here she is!

nice pics. I am sorry to be the one to inform you, but you would have learned this anyway...red is faster. Now, you could theoretically paint your bike, but it would still know. seriously though, welcome again, and nice bike.

If he wore Magenta colored sunglasses then when he looked at his bike it would be red. Would that make it faster?

I have always really liked that yellow. Such a cheery I'M HERE sort of colour. Never had to do the wait thing when I got my VFR. They finished the prep while I waited and I rode it home. They even delivered my old bike to my house for free. Sure I wouldn't have slept either if I had had to wait.

    So anyway welcome.

Hey, don't knock yellow. Canaries are yellow and they fly! Of course mine is Silver but if they had had yellow in my year I would have gone with it.

I am glad to see that there is someone else like me. I knew a guy once who always seemed to have a BMW. One day he said he was selling it and asked if I was ready to move up?

I looked at him and said, "UP?!?"

He didn't say any more that day.

A while later when I saw him, he was crowing like a rooster about the NOS VFR that he just bought.

Sooner or later, some of them learn.

    Unfortunately?

I do have one question though. Do you have a bolt sticking out of your ankle. I don't see very many pedals on your bike.

^^^ I went out for about a seven mile ride yesterday in the rain, it turned out to be quite eventful, my Jack Russell terrier got in this brawl with a Raccoon, best fight I have ever seen, had to break them up because I thought the Jack might get hurt, I never knew till yesterday that Racoon's were so tuff...

We have one of those next door. It is pretty obnoxious. It used to really bother our dog. Apparently out dog thought he wasn't supposed to do anything to it.

One day I told out dog to go get it if he wanted. The nest story that I heard was that ours was chasing the JR down the street and all the neighbors were laughing. I wasn't here to see it.
