The only thing that is pro about AMA Pro Racing are the sponsors, teams and riders. Luckily, we left coasters have Laguna.

Yep, am planning to buy the toy hauler for my planned annual pilgrimages to Austin for both the F1 and MotoGP races at the Circuit of the Americas... Finally a European style track in America!

Sorry you two are going to miss the GP at Laguna. Maybe you can watch it on TV so no one will know you really watch AMA shit. I also wonder about this adulation thing. It seems just a little gay to me.

Caveat: I am not asking so you don't need to tell.

AMA Pro Racing - Road Racing Events

Sort of reminds me of the dudes who go the the CW/Advanstar shows, in thier cages, park, and put on full leathers to walk around in the show so everyone will know they are "bikers".

If me and you and 02 Rider and Echo and anyone else all met up at the corner to race someone would watch us if only to see us crash. As the quote attributed to Pappa goes " there's only mountaineering and motor racing, everything else are only games. ". No one can actually pin that quote down , but it works.

Side note: yes Echo, Austin should be awesome heeheee Hope we can see you there !!

...and all this time I thought I was really trolling in the sense of the word to toss out lines with bait to catch pelagic fish. It seems to work on mullets too. LOL

I like the photoshopped pic of quatromom better than the dude in the Village People LEO get up. Between him and the guy with the atomizer bottle, looks sort of like rough trade is coming up pretty often. Again, I'm not asking.

That little dude is funny. Especially if one has lived in the South. This does not include SoCal but maybe Bakersfield.

Couldn't help but notice after the whine about the AMA that now the claim is to see the Sacramento Mile. Try to remember that those dirtrackers don't generally warm to fawning or limp handshakes.

If you take a peek, no one will know and it will afford a pulpit for another sermon on the mount or you can just cop to plausible deniability.

I like that and hope you are not going to find too many of those "The End is Near" cartoons. The best crop was in the New Yorker.

We got some of those same type signs in my hood. The wording varies. Some say, "Dead End Private Property" ," Dead End Private Road", "End of Pavement in ------Feet", "Dead End No Turnaround" which would be cool for a sign near a cemetery.

So, do you have a collection of those nifty swifties when you get busted and have no other defense?

I thought all y'all HMFICs got to pick your shifts. I can see now why you are so angry with "The Man" in general and that your ire with AMA (authority figure) is really only tangential.
