So the front header on the right side where you tighten the bolt to the exhaust with the mettle gasket one of the bolts broke there for leaving it open and the exhaust coming out is there any way I can fix this cheaply because I don't have a lot of money to work with could I use some kind of mettel bondo or something?

Will I have to pull apart the bike and take off the heads?

    Do you have a welder?

I have melted a nut onto the the end of the broken stud or bolt.

The heat seems to loosen it.

I m sure others will have good ideas.

Hang in there dude. There are several professional mechanics on this BB who can give you solid advice. Any other information and a pic of the broken stud would help.

If there's enough to get lock pliers on then I suggest to hose it down with CRC Freeze-off and really clamp down on those lock pliers. If it doesnt work you can then tack weld a nut on the end of it.
