With the Competition Werkes fender eliminator, will a license plate frame (surrounds the plate) fit with this kit? Looks like a tight fit between the pipes, anyone tried this on a 2009? Thanks, Robert.

I doubt it. I have a New York plate which is 7" wide and it just fits in there. There is maybe 1/10" on each side from where the plate ends to the muffler. I am running the stock exhaust.

I've got a CW on my 07' and there is no room for a plate frame. 1/10th of an inch is being generous measuring the space between the plate and the exhaust. Even with aftermarket pipes it's a tight fit. I'd forget about a frame unless you modify it.

02 VFR Rider has a nice thread here somewhere describing how he spread his pipes apart with a jack and put spacers on the pipe mounts to hold his exhaust cans apart. He relocated his tag by modding the stock parts, but the same principles should apply. I have the CW on my 2007, I agree that without some modification there is no room for anything but the tag. I like the CW, but getting the tiny little nuts on the stock tag light was a bit of an adventure!
